Ingredients
- 1 jar tomato paprika peppers
- 2 cans tuna
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper

Instructions

Drain the tomato paprika well. Drain the tuna and flake it with a fork. Finely chop the egg, mix with tuna, mayonnaise, and seasonings, then mash with a spoon until a smooth cream forms.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, fold in parsley, fill a pastry bag with a small nozzle. Lay the drained peppers flat side by side on a board, pipe a mound of filling onto each, roll up, and secure with a toothpick.
