- 2 green bell peppers
- 3 spring onions
- 150 g real crab meat (cooked)
- 3 tbsp salad cream
- 100 g Sour cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)

Wash the bell peppers, halve them and remove seeds. Trim, wash and dice the spring onions. Drain the crab meat and mix with diced onions, salad cream and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper, then fill the peppers. Sprinkle remaining onion cubes on top.
