Paprika Pizza

Ingredients
- 20 g yeast (0.5 cube)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 400 g flour
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 g peeled tomatoes (1 small can)
- salt (black pepper)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 0.5 yellow bell pepper
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 0.5 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepperoncini
- 1 green pepperoncini
- 250 g mozzarella
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Whisk yeast with 200 ml lukewarm water and sugar until smooth. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to a bowl; add the dissolved yeast. Knead with an electric hand mixer’s dough hooks into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Wash, clean, deseed, and cut bell peppers into strips.

Peel onion and slice into rings.

Wash, clean pepperoncini, and slice into rings.

Slice mozzarella into thin slices.

Divide the dough into two portions; roll each out on lightly floured surface and place on a greased baking sheet (or two).

Drain tomatoes and mash with a fork. Spread over pizza bases, leaving a small edge. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Top pizzas with prepared ingredients, distribute mozzarella over them, and drizzle olive oil. Bake in the oven at 225°C bottom heating, fan 200°C for 15 minutes.
