Ground Meat Pizza with Cheese

- 400 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 40 g fresh yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g lamb ground meat
- 4 tbsp canned pizza tomatoes
- 1 bundle flat-leaf parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 100 g cheese (grated)
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)

Mix flour with 1 tsp salt. Crumble yeast and stir into about 180 ml lukewarm water until smooth, then combine with the flour and olive oil and knead thoroughly; add a little more water if needed. Cover and let rise for about 45 minutes in a warm place. Knead the dough again and divide into four pizzas. Place on oiled pizza trays.

For the topping, peel and chop onions and garlic. Heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic briefly. Add lamb ground meat and cook quickly. Stir in pizza tomatoes, parsley, tomato paste, and spices. Spread the meat mixture over the dough, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
