  • 250 g ready-made yeast dough (freezer)
  • butter (for the pan)
  • 400 g ground beef
  • 0.5 bunch thyme
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 peeled onions
  • 4 tart apples
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g shredded cheese (Emmental)
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions
