Ingredients
- 4 red bell peppers
- 80 g Walnuts
- 1 slice toast bread (crumbs removed)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- Sea salt

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and place cut side down on a parchment-lined tray. Bake in preheated oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes until skins blacken and blister. Remove and cover with a damp cloth. Let cool, then peel off skins.

Combine peeled peppers with walnuts, peeled garlic, and chopped chili in a blender and puree finely. Gradually add oil while blending to create a smooth dip. Season with lemon juice and sea salt. Serve with flatbread if desired.
