- 1 red bell pepper
- 200 g cucumber
- 125 g corn kernels (canned)
- 2 shallots
- 6 green stuffed olives
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 100 g yogurt
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- Tabasco

Wash, clean and dry the salad leaves, then lay them in a bowl. Wash the pepper, halve it, remove seeds and dice finely. Dice the cucumber unpeeled, mix with the pepper cubes. Drain the corn. Fold the corn into the pepper-cucumber mixture. Peel the shallots, finely chop with the olives and combine both with parsley, then stir into the vegetables. Arrange everything on the salad leaves in the bowl.

Season yogurt with salt, pepper and Tabasco, taste and pour over the salad.
