Paprika corn dip: a mildly spicy grill dip with plenty of crunchy vegetables and high fiber, ideal for busy and inexperienced cooks.

Ingredients
- 285 g corn (canned; drained weight)
- 200 g green bell peppers (2 green bell peppers)
- 0.5 bunch Chives
- 100 g aged Gouda cheese (block)
- 400 g pizza tomatoes (canned or Tetra Pak)
- Salt
- Sambal oelek (to taste)
Instructions

Place corn in a sieve and drain.

Halve the bell pepper pods, remove seeds, wash, pat dry, and dice into small cubes.

Wash chives, shake dry, and cut into rings.

Grate the cheese.

Add tomatoes with all liquid to a bowl. Season with salt and adjust flavor with Sambal oelek as desired.

Fold in drained corn, diced bell pepper, and grated Gouda. Sprinkle dip with chives and serve.
