Ingredients

  • 1 kg Jostabeeren
  • 1 kg Cologne fruit gelatine sugar

Instructions

    Wash the Jostabeeren and drain well. Add water (for 1 kg of berries use about 250 ml) and bring to a quick boil while stirring, allowing the juice to flow through. Measure out 1 liter of cold juice and add 1 kg of gelatine sugar; simmer for 4 minutes until bubbling.

    Pour the mixture into sterilized jars.
