Fresh paprika juice made with ripe peppers and a hint of lime for a vibrant, healthy drink from Spoonsparrow.

Ingredients

  • 8 red bell peppers
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 organic lime (juice)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • sugar

Instructions

    Wash the peppers and chili, halve them, remove seeds and white membranes, then cut into large pieces.

    Wash, pit, and quarter the tomatoes. Combine the tomato quarters with the pepper pieces and chili in a juicer. Mix the resulting juice with lime juice, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar; taste and serve.
