Ingredients
- 6 red bell peppers
- 1 Orange (juice)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- chili powder
- 1 packet Gelfix (super)
- 300 g sugar

Halve the bell peppers, wash them, and remove the seeds. Place them cut side down on a baking sheet and grill until the skin blisters and bursts. Remove from the grill and cover with a damp towel. Let rest for 10 minutes, then peel off the skin. Cut the peppers into pieces and puree.

Add pepper puree, sugar, Gelfix, orange juice, and lemon juice to a pot and simmer for 4 minutes. Season with chili powder.
