- 300 g rose hips
- 1 l apple brandy (40% alcohol content)

Wash the rose hips, put on disposable gloves, slice one side of each rose hip with a knife and remove the seeds, rinse briefly again.

Place the rose hips in a carafe, pour over the brandy and let steep for about 2 weeks. Then filter and fill prepared bottles.
