Ingredients

  • 500 g organic oranges
  • 500 g lemons
  • 0.25 l white wine
  • gelatin sugar (according to juice amount)
  • 2 glasses Cointreau
  • 2 sprigs lemon balm

Instructions

    Wash three lemons thoroughly and thinly peel the zest, removing the white pith and cutting it into fine sticks. Squeeze all oranges and lemons for their juice.

    Mix the juice with white wine, weigh it, and add an equal amount of gelatin sugar in a 1:1 ratio. Bring to a boil in a large pot with the zest, simmering for 3 minutes.

    Stir in Cointreau. Wash lemon balm, finely chop, and mix in. Fill prepared jars with the jelly and seal tightly.
