Pancakes with Syrup

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 400 ml milk
- 2 Eggs
- oil (for pan)
- maple syrup
- blueberries
Instructions

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well.

Whisk in the milk until a thick batter forms, then add the beaten eggs and stir to combine.

Heat a non‑stick skillet over medium heat and brush with oil. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan and cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown. Flip and finish cooking the other side for another 1–2 minutes. Remove from the skillet and keep warm in an oven at 80 °C while you make the rest.

Stack the pancakes on a plate, drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with blueberries if desired.
