Avocado Cream with Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • Tabasco
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • 100 g salmon fillet (skinless)
  • dill sprigs for garnish

Instructions

    Halve the avocados lengthwise, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Blend with the cream cheese until smooth. Whip the cream to stiff peaks and fold in. Season with Tabasco, salt, and lemon juice. Transfer into a piping bag with a star tip and pipe into glasses.

    Wash the salmon, pat dry, and dice into small cubes. Toss with 1 tbsp lemon juice and spoon on top of the avocado spread. Garnish with dill sprigs and serve.
