Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 1 heaping tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 250 ml milk
- a pinch salt
- butter
- honey
- oil (for cooking)
Instructions

Whisk the eggs, add the milk, then mix in the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Use an electric hand mixer for 1–2 minutes until smooth, then let rest for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a small pan and cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Keep warm.

Stack two pancakes together, place a small piece of butter between them (it melts between the hot pancakes), add more butter on top, and drizzle honey over the stack.
