- 50 g cream cheese
- 400 ml milk
- butter for frying
- sea buckthorn syrup (for serving, optional)

Separate the eggs and beat the whites with a pinch of salt until stiff; set aside. Mix the flour with the sugar, then stir in the cream cheese, yolks, and milk to form a liquid batter. Let rest for 20-30 minutes.

Fold the beaten egg whites gently into the batter. Heat butter in a pan and pour portions of the batter to cook pancakes golden brown on both sides.
