Healthy zucchini porridge for breakfast that tastes great and keeps you full for a long time!

Ingredients

  • 100 g delicate oat flakes
  • 200 ml water or milk (3.5% fat) (or plant milk)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 1 Banana
  • 30 g chopped almond kernels (2 tbsp)
  • 30 g almond butter (2 Tbsp)

Instructions

    Add oat flakes with milk, water or plant drink and a pinch of salt to a small pot, bring to a quick boil, then simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.

    Meanwhile wash, peel, and grate the zucchini finely using a kitchen grater.

  3. 3.

    Stir the grated zucchini into the oatmeal in the pot and warm briefly. In the meantime peel the banana and slice it.

    Serve the finished Zoats in two breakfast bowls and garnish with almonds, banana slices, and almond butter.
