Overnight Oats with Summer Fruit

The tasty overnight oats with summer fruit from Spoonsparrow are perfect for anyone who has little time in the morning.
Ingredients
- 150 g rolled oats
- 250 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 250 g large apples (1 large apple)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 40 g ground almonds (4 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 150 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 100 g apricots
- 150 g peaches
- 100 g blueberries

Stir oats with milk in a bowl and cover; let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

In the morning, wash, quarter, core, and finely grate the apple. Mix with lemon juice and fold into the oats. Add almonds, honey, yogurt, and cream, stirring well.

Wash apricots and peaches, halve, pit, and cut flesh into strips. Pat blueberries dry. Divide overnight oats into four bowls and garnish with fruit.
