A delicious and fruity breakfast bowl featuring fresh berries!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (200 g)
  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 250 ml plant-based drink (almond milk)
  • 10 g rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 20 g soy yogurt alternative
  • 10 g almond butter
  • 60 fresh raspberries

Instructions

    Peel the banana and cut it into large chunks. Add the frozen raspberries, banana, almond milk, oats, chia seeds, almond butter, and soy yogurt alternative to a blender and blend until smooth.

    Divide the mixture between two bowls. Garnish each breakfast bowl with fresh raspberries, a drizzle of almond butter, and a sprinkle of oats before serving.
