Overnight Oats with Blackberries

The Overnight Oats with Blackberries from Spoonsparrow can be prepared the night before – saving time in the morning.
Ingredients
- 1 l milk (3.5 % fat)
- 250 g mixed whole grain flakes (e.g., oats, barley, wheat and rye)
- 60 g raisins
- 60 g hazelnut kernels
- 250 g blackberries
- 2 Apples
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 300 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)

Bring milk to a boil in a pot, stir in the flakes and bring back to a boil. Add raisins, stir well and pour into a bowl. Let cool and cover in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning roughly chop hazelnuts. Wash and pat dry blackberries. Wash, core and slice apples. Mix Overnight Oats with nuts, maple syrup and yogurt, then divide into four bowls. Top with blackberries and apple slices.
