Granola with Yogurt, Fruit and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 200 g oats
  • 60 g raisins
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 2 pears
  • 2 Apples
  • 60 g dried fruit (e.g., dates and mango)
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 600 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 60 g nuts (e.g., cashews and pistachios)

Instructions

    Mix the oats and raisins with the apple juice and let them soak for about 20 minutes. Wash the pears and apples, quarter them, remove the core, and cut a few slices for garnish.

    Finely dice the remaining fruit and mix it with the chopped dried fruits and maple syrup. Spoon the yogurt onto plates and top with the oat mixture and fruit. Garnish with apple and pear slices and sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.
