Overnight Oats with Berries

Overnight Oats with Berries from Spoonsparrow are the perfect quick breakfast for anyone who is short on time in the morning!

Ingredients

  • 50 g Oats (5 tbsp; e.g. rolled or steel-cut oats)
  • 120 ml Milk (3.5% fat) (Alternatively water, plant-based drink or 150 g plain yogurt)
  • 1 tsp Honey (or agave syrup)
  • 15 g Walnuts (1 tbsp)
  • 10 g Pistachios (1 tbsp)
  • 50 g mixed berries (e.g. raspberries and blueberries)

Instructions

    Place the oats in a previously rinsed container with a lid.

    Mix with milk or yogurt, close and place in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. 3.

    The next morning, stir the mixture once and sweeten with honey or agave syrup.

    Roughly chop the walnuts and pistachios, wash the berries. Garnish the overnight oats with them and enjoy.
