Ingredients

  • 120 g Quinoa
  • 500 ml Oat drink (Oat milk)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 250 g frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 tsp Hemp seeds

Instructions

    Place quinoa in a sieve and rinse well under cold water. Pour oat drink into a pot and heat it up. Simmer the quinoa in it gently for about 15 minutes.

    Then add cinnamon, berries and pumpkin seeds and cook for another 5 minutes.

    Distribute the finished quinoa porridge on bowls and garnish with almond butter and hemp seeds.
