Ingredients
- 0.25 stalk leek
- 1 Carrot
- 0.5 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 handful parsley
- 200 g cottage cheese (10% fat in milk)
- Salt
- 4 slices whole grain bread

Clean, wash, and finely slice the leek. Peel, wash, and grate the carrot. Crush the mustard seeds with a mortar.

Mix cottage cheese, leek, carrot, and mustard together and season with salt. Spread the bread with the spread and sprinkle with parsley.
