Ingredients
- 80 g gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 250 ml plant-based drink (plant milk) (optional)
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g berries (optional)
- 2 sprigs mint (optional)
- 4 tbsp granola (optional)
Instructions

Bring the rolled oats, sunflower seeds and flaxseed to a simmer in a pot with plant-based drink over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes. Then add cinnamon and stir.

Wash the berries and mint. Fill bowls with oatmeal porridge and garnish with berries, granola and mint. Serve immediately.
