Ingredients

  • 80 g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 250 ml plant-based drink (plant milk) (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g berries (optional)
  • 2 sprigs mint (optional)
  • 4 tbsp granola (optional)

Instructions

    Bring the rolled oats, sunflower seeds and flaxseed to a simmer in a pot with plant-based drink over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes. Then add cinnamon and stir.

    Wash the berries and mint. Fill bowls with oatmeal porridge and garnish with berries, granola and mint. Serve immediately.
