Flaxseed Pudding

Flaxseed pudding is filling and the perfect breakfast for health-conscious people.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 300 ml almond milk (almond milk) (or other plant-based milk alternative)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 apple
  • cinnamon powder

Instructions

    Mix the ground flaxseeds in a bowl with the almond milk and let it stand covered in the refrigerator overnight.

    The next morning, peel the banana and slice it. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core and also slice it.

    Stir the flaxseed pudding and fill 2 bowls with it. Garnish with fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon.
