Overnight Oats with Banana and Peanut Butter

Delicious, vegan and super healthy – the Overnight Oats with banana and peanut butter from Spoonsparrow are beautifully creamy, wonderfully nutty and with crunchy topping.

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp Rolled oats (75 g)
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds (15 g)
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (30 g)
  • 1 tsp agave syrup (5 g)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp salted peanuts (15 g)

Instructions

    Mix the rolled oats and 1 tbsp of flax seeds. Add almond milk, 1 tbsp of peanut butter and agave syrup and mix thoroughly. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

    The next morning, peel the banana and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Roughly chop the peanuts as desired.

    Pour the overnight oats into two bowls or airtight jars and spread the remaining peanut butter and bananas on top. Sprinkle the overnight oats with flax seeds and peanuts.
