Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- sea salt (coarsely crushed)
- pepper (coarsely crushed)
- 1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Wash the potatoes, quarter them with skin on and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Bake in the oven at 200°C on the middle rack for about 40 minutes until golden brown.

For the dip, mix chili pepper, lime juice, and crème fraîche; season with salt and coarse pepper. Serve the dip alongside the baked potatoes.
