Oven Porridge

A great start to the day with Spoonsparrow oven porridge! Vegan, energy-rich and delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Bananas (approx. 400 g)
- 140 g rolled oats
- 4 tsp agave syrup
- 100 g almond butter
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 150 ml almond drink (almond milk)
- 2 tbsp flax seeds (10 g)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (10 g)
- 10 pieces strawberries (approx. 120 g)
Instructions

Peel and chop the bananas into small pieces. Puree the bananas, rolled oats, syrup, almond butter, baking powder, almond drink, flax seeds, and chia seeds into a smooth mixture using a hand blender.

Slice one strawberry per portion and set aside. Chop the remaining strawberries and stir them into the mixture. Then pour the batter into 4 oven-safe molds and bake for approx. 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C convection; Gas: Level 3).

Garnish the finished oven porridge with strawberry slices, let it cool slightly, and enjoy warm.
