Ingredients
- 1 Persimmon (alternatively Sharon)
- 150 g skyr
- 3 tbsp Coconut milk (45 g)
- 1 handful Cashews (25 g)
- 1 tsp Flax seeds (ground)

Wash, peel and dice the persimmon. Mix the skyr with coconut milk until smooth and put it in a bowl.

Roughly chop the cashews. Sprinkle the persimmon and cashews over the skyr and top with flax seeds. Enjoy the persimmon-coconut skyr.
