  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 5 pears
  • 4 tbsp Maple syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 pinch cloves powder
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 80 g almond slivers

Instructions

    Brush a baking sheet with oil. Wash, peel, halve the pears and remove the core using a melon baller. Place the pear halves cut‑side up on the prepared sheet.

    Whisk maple syrup with ½ tsp cinnamon and remaining spices; brush over pears. Fill the hollows with the remaining syrup‑spice mixture and almond slivers. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas 2–3) for about 25 minutes. Serve dusted with cinnamon.
