Ingredients

  • 4 scoops chocolate chip ice cream (chocolate chunks)
  • 4 scoops cranberry flavored ice cream
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 400 g mixed berries (e.g., cranberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and sea buckthorn)
  • 2 mandarins
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • sparkling wine
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

    Clean, wash, and dry the berries. Peel and segment the mandarins. Drizzle the fruits with lemon juice, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Place the berries in a champagne flute, top with chilled sparkling wine, and add one scoop of ice cream on each. Slice the kiwi into rounds, halve them. Garnish with cranberries, kiwi slices, and mint leaves.
