Ingredients
- 24 oil sardines (canned)
- 2 white onions
- 2 untreated lemons
- 100 green olives (filled)
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Take the canned oil sardines and drain well. Peel the onions and slice into rings. Grate the lemon peels and squeeze out the juice. Mix both with the olives, capers, and sugar, seasoning with salt and pepper (add a splash of water if the lemons are too sour).

Distribute the sardines on plates, sprinkle with onion rings, and pour the mixture over them.
