  • 350 g orange jam
  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 40 g roasted salted pistachio nuts

Instructions

    Warm the orange jam with 50 ml water in a pot and stir until smooth. Divide into four glasses and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

    Whisk the yogurt with powdered sugar. Roughly chop the pistachios. Spread the yogurt over the jam and sprinkle with pistachios.
