Ingredients
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 250 g rhubarb
- 0.5 untreated lemon (juice)
- 3 tbsp sugar

Wash, clean, and do not cut the strawberries and rhubarb into pieces.

Combine with sugar and lemon juice in a pot, bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
