Ingredients
- 150 g sugar
- 150 ml water
- 0.5 unpeeled orange (zest)
- 500 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- juice of one lemon
- 40 ml Grand Marnier
- 1 Egg white

Boil the sugar with water and orange zest briefly, let cool, then strain into the orange juice. Add lemon juice and Grand Marnier. Whisk the egg white to half‑stiff peaks and fold it into the mixture using a whisk.

Freeze until smooth. Place in the freezer for 3–4 hours, stirring vigorously every 20 minutes with a whisk. Serve garnished with orange zest and orange segments.
