Ingredients
- 4 oranges (unprocessed)
- 1 tbsp orange liqueur
- 350 ml water
- 1 lemon (unprocessed)
- 200 g sugar
- Campari (for topping)
Instructions

Stir water and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved. Thoroughly scrub the lemon and an orange under hot water, then grate their peels.

Squeeze all fruits and mix with the grated peels and orange liqueur together with the sugar water. Place the mixture in a metal bowl in the freezer for at least four hours, stirring once per hour.

Fill glasses with the sorbet, pour Campari over it, insert a straw, and serve.
