Ingredients
- 5 Oranges
- 50 ml refined sugar
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 untreated orange
- 2 egg whites
- 10 cashew nuts
- 1 sprig fresh mint
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachio seeds

Squeeze the 5 oranges. Add the juice to a bowl with the refined sugar and cinnamon, whisking well. Transfer everything into a metal container and place it in the freezer for 1½ hours. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the partially frozen mixture. Return to the freezer for another 2½ to 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes so that the mixture freezes evenly and remains creamy.

Wash the untreated orange hot, dry it, slice it into rounds, then halve each round. Roughly chop the cashews. Wash the mint leaves and remove them from the stems.
