Mango Strawberry Salad with Cream Cheese Noodles

Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese (fitness)
  • 30 g chopped pistachios
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 Mango
  • 500 g strawberries
  • juice of 1 orange

Instructions

    Stir the cream cheese with 20 g pistachios and honey. Refrigerate.

    Peel the mango, cut the flesh into thin strips from the pit. Rinse, clean, and slice the strawberries. Arrange the mango and strawberries in bowls and drizzle with orange juice.

    Using two damp teaspoons, pinch small noodles from the cream cheese mixture. Place them on the fruits and sprinkle the remaining pistachios.
