Fruit Salad with Almond Flakes

Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 250 g apples (1 apple)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Calvados
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Toast the almonds in a non-stick pan without fat until golden yellow, remove and let cool. Wash, trim, and quarter the strawberries. Peel, quarter, core, and chop the apples into pieces. Sauté the apple pieces in butter, sprinkle with sugar, and continue cooking until melted.

    Drizzle Calvados over the apples, ignite to flambé, then remove from heat and allow to cool. Season with lemon juice. Fold in the strawberries and pour the fruit salad into a glass. Sprinkle almond flakes on top.
