Ingredients

  • 2 Blood oranges
  • 4 mint sprigs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 0.25 l milk
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 2 tsp pistachio nuts (chopped)

Instructions

    Peel the blood oranges, including the white rind. Dice the fruit and blend with mint leaves (reserve some for garnish).

    Strain through a sieve, stir in sugar, milk, and yogurt, then pour into glasses. Garnish with chopped pistachios and mint leaves before serving.
