Ingredients

  • 100 g sugar
  • 400 ml orange juice
  • 0.5 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • chocolate lollipops
  • fruit gummies
  • ice cream cone

Instructions

  1. 1.

Heat the sugar with 150 ml water, the orange juice, the lemon juice and zest in a pot. Stir well and let cool again. Mix with the yogurt and pour into a shallow metal bowl. Freeze for about 5 hours. Stir vigorously every 30 minutes to prevent large crystals (or finish in an ice cream maker).

  2. 2.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

  3. 3.

For serving, cut one large elongated scoop and one small round scoop from the ice cream. On a dessert plate assemble the "bee body." Place chocolate lollipops as eyes and attach two fruit gummies as antennae on the head. Draw brown strips over the bee with chocolate sauce and insert the cones as wings.

  4. 4.

Optionally garnish with fruit sauce, whipped cream and pistachios.
