Orange Cream with Fruits

Ingredients

  • juice of one orange
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g whipping cream
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 600 g mixed fruits (e.g., peaches, blackberries, apricots, raspberries...)
  • cantucci cookies
  • orange zest

Instructions

    Whip mascarpone, whipping cream, powdered sugar, lemon zest, orange and lemon juice with the whisks of an electric hand mixer into a smooth cream.

    Wash, peel, deseed and cut fruits into bite-sized pieces. Arrange fruits on plates. Spread mascarpone cream over them, sprinkle with orange zest and add cantucci.
