Ingredients
- 7 blood oranges
- 50 g Brown sugar
- 125 g waffle rolls (without chocolate)
- 80 g Butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 100 g ground hazelnuts
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
- 80 g dark chocolate

Squeeze juice from 3 oranges, strain through a sieve and reduce with sugar in a pot until thick. Crush waffles with a rolling pin, mix with softened butter, press into a springform pan and refrigerate.

Boil hazelnuts with 1 tbsp sugar in milk. Whisk pudding powder with water, add to milk, stir until thickened and let cool. Spread the cream over the waffle base.

Peel remaining oranges thickly, slice thinly, pat dry with kitchen paper, spread evenly on the base. Drizzle orange syrup over the fruit. Pull large curls from chocolate and decorate like pizza.
