Ingredients
- 1 Bio-Orange (juice and zest)
- 100 ml light grape juice
- 6 plums
- 4 figs
- 200 g seedless red and white grapes
- 2 Apples
- 2 pears
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 50 g walnut kernels
- 2 tsp lingonberry jam
Instructions

Mix orange juice and zest with the grape juice.

Wash, pit, and slice the plums into wedges. Wash and slice the figs into wedges. Wash grapes and halve them. Wash, peel, quarter apples and pears, remove cores, and cut quarters into thin slices. Combine all fruit with the juice mixture and let rest for about 20 minutes.

Beat the cream with vanilla powder until stiff peaks form. Roughly chop the walnut kernels.

Arrange the fruit on plates, garnish with lingonberry jam and walnuts, and serve with separate whipped cream.
