Ingredients

  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 3 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 slices turkey ham
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • chili flakes
  • 1 Tbsp toasted pine nuts
  • 0.5 tomato
  • Rucola
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 0.5 apple
  • cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

    Spread 200 g cottage cheese on two slices of bread and spread the rest on the third slice. Top with turkey ham. Wash, trim the bell pepper; cut half into rings, the remainder into small cubes. Place on the ham and sprinkle with chili flakes and pine nuts. Wash tomatoes, remove stems, slice.

    Top one of the remaining sandwiches with this mixture and scatter rucola over it. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. For the last slice, wash the apple, remove core, grate half and cut the rest into wedges. Place on cottage cheese, dust with cinnamon and drizzle honey before serving.
