Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g sorrel
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (from the mill)
  • 1 large baguette
  • 300 g sliced turkey breast

Instructions

    Halve the avocados, remove the pit and gently squeeze the flesh out of the skin. Slice into thin strips and mix with 1 tbsp lemon juice.

    Wash, trim and halve the tomatoes. Rinse the sorrel leaves, dry them thoroughly.

    Whisk the olive oil with the remaining lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

    Cut the baguette into four equal pieces and make horizontal cuts. Spread avocado strips on the bottom side and loosely layer the turkey breast slices on top. Add a few tomato halves and sorrel leaves, drizzle with the oil mixture, fold together, and serve immediately.
