Ciabatta with Pear, Stilton and Watercress

Ingredients
- 1 large ciabatta
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 handful watercress
- 2 pears
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 150 g Stilton
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper (from the grinder)

Preheat the oven to grill mode.

Cut the ciabatta crosswise and lengthwise into four pieces. Toast the cut surfaces under the grill until golden brown. Mix honey with mustard. Remove the ciabatta from the oven, let cool slightly, then spread the honey-mustard mixture on each piece.

Rinse the watercress and shake dry. Peel the pears, quarter them, remove the core, and slice the quarters into strips. Toss immediately with lemon juice. Distribute the pear strips and watercress over the ciabatta pieces, sprinkle with crumbled Stilton, drizzle olive oil, and season with pepper before serving.
