Omelette with Ground Meat and Pepper Filling

Ingredients

  • 400 g ground meat
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • pepper, freshly ground
  • ground cumin
  • 6 Eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 80 g corn flour
  • fresh chopped parsley
  • spring onion rings

Instructions

    Brown the ground meat in a hot pan with 1 tbsp oil until crumbly.

    While cooking, wash, halve, deseed and dice the bell peppers. Add them to the meat, stir in crème fraîche, salt, pepper and cumin; keep warm on low heat.

    Whisk eggs with milk, corn flour and a pinch of salt until smooth. Pour ¼ of the batter into a hot greased pan and cook about 2 minutes until golden brown and set. Top each omelette with ¼ of the meat mixture, fold, plate and garnish with parsley and spring onions.
